Please read our service policies carefully before booking.

  • Advance: 50% payment required for confirmation.
  • ID Proof: All guests must carry valid Govt-issued IDs.
  • Liability: We are not liable for skipped sightseeing due to weather, roadblocks, or guest preferences.
  • ID: Valid Govt-issued ID is mandatory for Anakulam and Kolukkumalai entry.

  • Timings: Standard service is 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
  • Prohibited: Smoking and alcohol strictly prohibited inside the 4x4 vehicles.
  • Hilly Terrain: AC usage is not allowed in high-altitude climbs (like Kolukkumalai) for engine safety.
  • Cleanliness: Soiling the vehicle (vomiting/littering) attracts a ₹500 cleaning charge.
